Dead or Alive 6 Delayed Until Early March

Originally scheduled to release on Friday, February 15th, Dead or Alive 6 has now been delayed until Friday, March 1st.  It’s only a short delay of a couple of weeks, so it’s nothing major, but developers Team Ninja wanted that little extra time to give DOA6 some “further polish”.

DOA6’s Producer and Director, Yohei Shimbori had this to say on the delay “The title’s development is already near complete; however, we would like to take more time to further polish its balance, gameplay, and expressivity. In return for your patience, we commit to bringing you the best DEAD OR ALIVE gaming experience,” and he added “I am truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the release delay of Dead Or Alive 6.”  Which to be fair, there’s no need to apologise, it’s only a minor delay and it’s for the good of the game, so I think we can all let you off on that one.

Dead or Alive 6 will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 1st.
