Inon Zur To Reveal The Music For Syberia 3 At Gamescom VGMLive

The renowned series in adventure gaming, Syberia will be making a return as you may or may not be aware, and it has just been revealed that acclaimed composer, Inon Zur, who is responsible for amazing soundtracks from games like Fallout and Crysis, will be lending his musical talent to the game. Not only that, but those of you who are planning to attend the Video Game Music Live concerts this Gamescom, will be pleased to know that Inon Zur will reveal the first ever tracks from the upcoming game, and the concert itself will feature music from the previous two games.

I’m very excited to be back working with Microïds and visionary writer and art director Benoît Sokal for Syberia 3,” Said Inon Zur, “It’s a beautiful world and another amazing story which is an absolute pleasure to write music for and I can’t wait to share the music with fans when we premiere the new themes with Video Games Live at this year’s Gamescom in Cologne.


For those that are unaware, Video Games Live, created, produced and hosted by the famous musician and composer Tommy Tallarico, is an immersive concert which highlights music from the greatest videogames of all time. “The Syberia franchise is the perfect type of artist expression to add to our show.“, states Tommy Tallarico, “Not only are the visuals and gameplay really amazing… but the music has always been such a integral and beautiful element of the overall experience. We’re looking forward to bringing this masterpiece to people around the world for many years to come!

Tickets for the events are now available for purchase, and their prices range from €40-€80. The show will take place on the 7th and 8th of August, starting at 8pm, and earlier at6 pm on the 9th. So if you are interested, hurry and acquire your tickets now.
