#E32018 Super Mario Party Announced for Nintendo Switch

Posted June 13, 2018 by Richard Lee Breslin in Gameplay, Gaming News, Nintendo Switch, Release Date, Trailers

Super Mario Party has been announced for the Nintendo Switch, the first release on a home console since Mario Party 10 for the Wii U in 2015.  Though we have also had Mario Party: Star Rush in 2016 and Mario Party: The Top 100, but they were both for the 3DS. Super Mario Party will have a really cool feature in which you can put multiple Switch tablets alongside one another to play certain party games in multiplayer, where the screens will essentially work as one with characters crossing over (just watch the trailer below and you’ll see what I mean).  Players will also work together as teams on separate tablets if you have them via the LAN party feature. Super Mario Party will release for the Nintendo Switch on October 5th.
