RE2 Inspired Survival Horror Daymare 1998 Haunts Consoles This April

As of right now, Daymare: 1998, a tribute to survival horror games of yesteryear, such as Resident Evil 2, has only been available on PC.  We’ve known that it will arrive to console at some point, but there’s only been a vague Q1 2020 release window.  However, developers Invader Studios and publisher Destructive Creations have now revealed the exact date as to when Daymare: 1998 will be haunting our PS4 and Xbox One.

Daymare: 1998 will release for PS4 and Xbox One on April 28th, the same month that the Resident Evil 3 remake releases, so no competition then?  However, while I’ve been eagerly awaiting this console release for years, our own John Little didn’t favour the game to kindly when he reviewed it on PC.  So hopefully, improvements will be made for not only to the console version, but also for PC by the time the April release date arrives.

Are you looking forward to playing Daymare: 1998 on console?  Let us know across our social media channels.  You can read our PC review of Daymare: 1998 here.
