A developer diary video has been released for the forthcoming remake of the beloved MediEvil, which is coming to the PlayStation 4 this year.  In this video, we hear from two developers of the game at Ocean Interactive, Mike Mika (what a name), the Chief Creative Officer and Jeff Nachbaur, the Executive Producer.

The pair talk of their love for the original source material and how they want to bring what made this game such a classic into the modern era.  Also, quite interestingly, they reveal that they have access to the original source code and it seems that there were many things that the original developers wanted to feature in the game, but for whatever reason, they were unable to bring some aspects to life.  However, it seems that the folks at Ocean Interactive, might just bring those very aspects to life in this remake.

You can check out the new developer diary video below.  The MediEvil remake will release for PlayStation 4 on October 25th.
