Detective Pikachu Sequel is Coming to Nintendo Switch

Posted May 29, 2019 by Richard Lee Breslin in Announcements, Gaming News, Nintendo Switch

During the Pokemon 2019 Press Conference, it was announced that Detective Pikachu will be getting a sequel for the Nintendo Switch, a follow-up to the 2016 (2018 on our shores) 3DS hit.  No details have been given; other then it will continue directly from the cliff-hanger that we were left with in the original game.

I would assume that the Nintendo Switch version of Detective Pikachu will release by 2020, but hopefully this year if we’re lucky and with a bit of added luck, we’ll learn more details at E3 next month.  As always, we’ll keep you posted when we get more information.
