Syndicate Demo Incoming

As if we didn’t have enough demos to content ourselves with, the co-op demo for Syndicate, Starbreeze Studios and EA’s latest business warfare simulator, launches on Xbox Live January 31^st. With regards to the PlayStation Network, their version drops the same day in North America but will be available in Europe on February 1^st. The demo covers the “Western Europe” co-op mission, in which you steal blueprints from Cayman Global and assassinate Colonel Enrico Gabron, one of nine co-op challenges in the full game.

Kingdoms Of Amalur Demo Coming To Xbox LIVE

If you’re not already frothing at the moth at the possibility of a Skyrim/Fable hybrid and need some further convincing, on January 17th, Xbox Live users will be able to download a demo for EA’s upcoming RPG Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. This joyous news comes from a post spotted on Major Nelson’s blog along with a few other interesting tid bits of information.  Unfortunately, no details on the contents of the demo have been revealed and a PlayStation 3 and PC demo are still to be confirmed.

The talent working on the game includes Oblivion lead designer Ken Rowlston and Spawn creator Todd McFarlane. The story has been written by famous fantasy author R.A. Salvatore, quite the combination yes? Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is due for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on February 10^th so get excited!

FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 Demo Now On Xbox 360 And PSN

Square Enix have just announced that FINAL FANTASY® XIII-2 is available from today via Xbox LIVE Marketplace for Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network for PlayStation 3.

Taking place in the Bresha Ruins of the game, the playable demo of FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 sees Noel and Serah pitted against a gigantic and powerful adversary called Atlas, who has mysteriously appeared due to an anomaly in time and space. The demo allows the player to experience many gameplay features and enhancements, including cinematic action sequences in battles and environments with multiple areas and paths to explore. The brand new Monster Recruitment System is also available, which allows the player to enlist defeated enemies into their party that can be developed and grown alongside the game’s main protagonists.

King Of Fighters XIII Demo on XBL, Coming to PSN Next Week

SNK has released a demo of its latest, King of Fighters XIII, on Xbox Live (December 9th). The demo will appear on the PlayStation Network next Tuesday, December 13.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Gameplay Demo

Bethesda has delivered gamers a real treat, in the form of over twenty minutes worth of awesome gameplay footage of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Game Director, Todd Howard, will guide you through the demo, which was shown behind closed doors at this year’s E3 and more recently to fans at QuakeCon and PAX Prime.

FIFA 12 Demo Confirmed For September

Microsoft have just confirmed that the upcoming FIFA title will have it’s debuting demo on our Xbox 360 dashboards on Septemeber the 13.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine Demo Gameplay Trailer

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Demo Announced

THQ has today announced that a playable demo of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is on the way.

The demo of the upcoming Third-Person Action/Shooter is planned to launch as a free download simultaneously for the Xbox 360 and PC on August 23^rd, and then on the PlayStation 3 on the 24^th August.

The demo will feature two very different areas of the game. The first pits the player against an Ork horde outside the gates of a munitions factory. Armed with six devastating weapons, including the iconic bolter and lethal chainsword, the player will get to experience Space Marine’s seamless mix of melee and ranged combat first hand as they take on the rampaging invaders. The second area gives players a taste of the exhilarating Jump Pack sequences where the game’s hero-Captain Titus-takes to the skies to rain death from above.

The full retail release of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine is September 9^th for all three platforms.

Metro: Last Light Gameplay Demo Part 3 Available

Personally, I cannot wait for this sequel as the first one had a very powerful atmosphere with many unique scenarios.
