Attack of the Wall Street Titan is available from Sunday 19 May 2013 for Android and will be found in both the Arcade and Action Games categories in the Google Play Store.

With Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate only coming out a few weeks or so ago, is it too soon to get excited about Monster Hunter 4? No of course not!! At the moment, MH4 has only been confirmed for a 3DS release..in Japan. There’s no doubt in my mind that it will make it’s way over to Europe but at time of typing no dates have been announced. (Due Summer 2013 for JP!) We do however, have some nice screenshots for you all to gaze on. You can see in the screenshots that the Lagombi (Giant White Rabbit) is back along with a couple of new friends. Looks like the ‘slime’ element that was introduced in MH3U is coming back as well.

MH4 is going to have alot more effort put into the adventure and storyline side of things, with platforming gaining stronger abilities than in previous titles. Hunters can now climb walls more fluidly and apparently in any direction. They have also got rid of the Underwater battling (Thankfully!) and instead have given us the ability to climb up onto the Monsters back and attack from there! That is something I will be doing rather often!

As you can expect, there are some new monsters making their debut in this title, we have a black dragon called Goa Magara (Which I assume to be the final boss?), an orange lemur/monkey style called Kechawacha, Nerusukyura which is a spider style creature that uses it’s webbing to try and trap the hunter and finally Tetsukabura, a huge frog monster with massive teeth! Looking at the trailer Jhen Mohran makes an appearance again as well.

We are due to get a couple of new weapon classes as well! The Insect staff, which is quick moving similar to the long sword but it capable to summoning a large Neopteron (bug) that will drain various energies from the monsters to help your hunter out (Attack, health and defense). The second weapon to be announced is the Charge Axe. Which is capable of transitioning between different forms. It can be used as a large sword and shield or turn into a large cutting weapon in general. I think it may be similar to the switch axe in MH3U.

That’s all the information for now, but as soon as Capcom let us know more dates about a European release I will be back on typing up the latest updates for you all!

During the Gran Turismo 15th Anniversary Event,  Sony officially announced Gran Turismo 6 for release on PS3 later this year.

Kazunori Yamauchi, creator of the series and CEO of developer Polyphony Digital, confirmed the game would arrive in the Autumn.

The game will feature 1,200 cars from famous manufacturers, such as Ferrari, Bugatti and Mercedes, and is set to feature a revised menu system.

The Silverstone track will be making its debut in the series as part of the game’s 7 new locations, bringing the number of tracks up to 33, alongside the 71 different layouts that will be available. More new tracks and cars will be made available through DLC post-release.

Naughty Dog also confirmed that development work has been completed on the PS3 exclusive, which is estimated to be around 12-16 hours in length.

If you also own God of War: Ascension you will be lucky enough to play The Last Of Us Demo which was included with the game. The demo will go live on May 31, two weeks ahead of its June launch.

Although we are only a few days away from the big Xbox reveal (21st May 2013), it hasn’t stopped the rumour circulating the internet. This rumour is slightly different from all the ‘always on’ and ‘no pre owned titles’ rumours that have been around since the next generation was even hinted at. This time it mentions the Xbox live currency that we have all grown to love or hate. The microsoft points.

Sources close to ‘The Verge’ state that Microsoft could be making the MSP redundant in favour of using proper cash transactions and an iTunes style gift cards instead. This could work out better in the long run because there is nothing more annoying than needing just a few more points to buy the latest DLC, but you only have the options to buy them in the 100s. Cash transactions could counter this.

The report notes:

“The new system will work across Microsoft’s various marketplaces, including the Windows Store, Windows Phone Store, and Xbox. We understand that Microsoft is planning to unveil the system as soon as E3, with a planned launch later this year in time for the next generation Xbox console.”

We have heard rumours in the past about Microsoft getting rid of the points system, but as always it was only a rumour and nothing became of it. But then again, this Tuesday coming marks the announcement of the next generation console, this does give them the opportunity to start from scratch and create an entirely new system. It’s thought that they might mention it during their show on the 21st May 2013 and then more details will emerge for E3 this June.

If it’s anything like Jetstream Sam’s outing before it, Blade Wolf will likely provide a slightly tweaked form of Raiden’s original combat system. Quite how it will translate to a quadrupedal beast is still up for grabs – the trailer only really highlights a stealth system which operates in the exact same way as Kojima’s secret love. I wouldn’t expect a mechanical revolution from this dog as much as I would a faithful friend delivering more of what you know.

Ace Attorney is returning to the West after being absent for so long. He has been given a 3D make over and the game’s graphics look amazing. He has also gained a new sidekick by the name of Athena Cykes, who looks like she belongs in a Pokemon game and Apollo from Apollo Justice Ace Attorney also makes a return. This will be the first Ace Attorney game on the 3DS.

However, it appears that the game will hit the Western shores as a digital release only. This has upset many Phoenix Wright fans, but this way the game will always be available to the player via the Nintendo 3DS shop, so no need to venture out in bad weather to retrieve it.

Capcom USA Senior Vice President Christian Svensson appeared on the Capcom forums and had this to say;

Svensson concluded with promised details on price points in the near future. And how much memory you will need is still a mystery. Ace Attorney 5 will be released in Europe and North America this fall.

Rockstar’s controversial PS2 title, Manhunt, has been scheduled for a PlayStation store release on May 14th. It will become part of the PS2 Classics collection. Manhunt was a PlayStation 2 game that found itself the center of media attention 10 years ago on its original release.

For those who don’t remember, the game was banned in several countries due to its graphic manner and seen as “offensive.” And it was famously linked to the tragic death of a 14 year old boy in the UK back in 2004. But now Rockstar have seen fit to release it onto the PlayStation store as a PlayStation 2 “classic.”

You played the character James Earl Cash, a death row inmate who has to “kill or be killed” in order to survive as the prison immates are forced to part take in a series of snuff films being created by crazed snuff producer Lionel Starkweather (voiced by Brian Cox). Basically you have to murder as many inmates as possible in the most brutal of ways to survive a level and you gain a score rank at the end of each level or “scene”.

If you wish to see for yourself how bad this game really is, it will be £7.99 on May 14th. It will be joining other PS2 games such as the GTA series, The Warriors, Bully and Red Dead Revolver.
