New PS4 ‘Pro Controller announced and is out next week

A new Pro (ish) controller has been announced for the PlayStation 4 from accessory developers Hori.  Unlike some of the other “Pro” controllers from the likes of Razer and Nacon, the one from Hori will be a wireless controller, but whether that has an effect on latency or not, remains to be seen, though I’ve never had such an issue like that with other 1st or 3rd party controllers.

The Onyx Wireless Controller from Hori is officially licensed for PS4 and will be available from next week on January 15th across most regions.  It will feature a broad grip design touch pad, duel vibrators and asymmetrical sticks.  Though I’m not 100% sure at this time, whether it features adjustable triggers or not, I’ll update this article should I find more information, as well as an RRP.

Will you be picking up this controller or do you already own the Razer Raiju or Nacon Revolution?  And why won’t Sony just release their own Pro DualShock already?!
