Looks like we will definitely be getting a sequel to The Division as Ubisoft has officially revealed The Division 2, whose development will be led by Massive Entertainment and will be powered by an updated version of the Snowdrop engine, allowing the developers to partake on creative endeavours that they couldn’t with the first one.

The game will formally be revealed at this year’s E3 in June during the Ubisoft press conference. Ubisoft has also announced a new type of achievement called “Shields” for The Division, earning which will unlock special rewards in The Division 2 when it releases.

So as you can imagine, especially with Shields, Ubisoft is not giving up on the first game just yet, and has even detailed the road ahead for the game through an image that can be seen below.

I am a guy who loves anything with a powerful storyline, whether it be a game, book or movie, it doesn't matter. Just so long as it hooks me in and keeps my imagination captive till the last word/scene! Also, I am huge Silent Hill fan, so I love all things Silent Hill... and anything horror. Huge horror fanatic!
