Official MW3 Teaser Trailers Released

For quite some time now, the internet has been strewn with ‘leaked’ info and footage of the hugely anticipated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. But finally, we got something official for all of you war-hungry FPS veterans to have a look at.

So your thinking, why are we so certain that these teaser trailers are legitimate? Well, it would be hard to believe that Infinity Wards own Robert Bowling would give us all fake trailers, that would be just nasty. The Director of Communications and Community Manager of the studio behind all the Modern Warfare titles, revealed the American trailer on his Twitter feed:

“Wasn’t planned, but you’re clearly hyped, so here is the 1st of many Modern Warfare 3 videos coming in hot today!”

The other teaser trailers soon followed. Bowling also took the time to have his say on all the rumours and speculations on the upcoming title:

“A lot of hype & a lot of leaked info on #MW3, some still accurate, some not. To avoid spoiling the experience, I’d wait for the real reveal.”

In this video there are four different versions of the teaser trailer; America, England, Germany and France. An assumption (I know another, but it’s a valid one) that can be made is that once the game is released, these will be the countries that players will be globetrotting to. We are also introduced with frantic audio messages between military personnel, followed by green digital imagery of their own countries ravaged by war.

Expect more details at E3 next month. I know, I know, but hey; good things come to those who wait.
