This co-op survival third-person shooter takes place following the concluding events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes where players are pulled through a wormhole and thrown into a dangerous and alternative world. Players must work together by fighting off hordes of creatures, gather food, water and resources in order to survive.
Also released today is a gameplay video with words of wisdom from the games producer Yuji Korekado as we are talked through several of the gameplay mechanics and key action sequences.
Metal Gear Survive will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 20th 2018.
