First Gameplay Trailer for Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise Is…..Naughty!
Naughty Bear was certainly an interesting concept to say the least, but its critical reception turned out to be rather…lacking. In all honesty, I’m glad to see him back, as even with the technical issues and lack of variety, the original title did have a certain charm to it. Instead of a full retail release for the sequel, Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise is set to return in September via download for the Xbox 360 and PS3, allowing you to once again ‘beat the stuffing’ out of the other bears who haven’t been very nice to you. From the initial press release, Panic in Paradise is set to have -
a completely over-hauled combat system, brand new leveling up system, equipment customization with thousands of combinations, and over 30 mission set across 11 distinct areas of Paradise Island.

The original Naughty Bear did feature upgrades, but the customisation set to appear in Panic in Paradise should allow gamers to better outfit their bear for their gameplay style, as it was possible to be pretty stealthy in the first title. As well as this, the combat system from the original Naughty Bear proved to be quite clunky, with little feedback on how much damage you were inflicting on the other bears, so hopefully things will be a little smoother this time around. It even boasts 11 areas, many more than the first title had to begin with.
Naughty Bear Panic in Paradise seems to be much expanded from the original, and with the lower price point, it should entice gamers to give Naughty a chance.
Naughty Bear Panic in Pradise is set to release in September on the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Store [Ps3].
