As the film half of Push-Start is getting ready to grow by about 1000%, I am pleased to announce the 1st Annual Push-Start Film Awards. The nominations are featured below, with the winners announced on February 24th, just hours before the Academy Awards are handed out. The voting body encompasses both current and past Push-Start film writers, as well as members of the games side of things.

A bi-product of both the USA and the UK, Matthew has been a film-obsessive since the summer of 1993. He claims that in 2009, he saw a total of 109 films at the cinema.
