Former Kinect only game Ryse: Son Of Rome will launch for the Xbox One on November 22 however it won’t quite be a complete game.

The multiplayer Challenge Editor will allows players to create custom battles and will also be available via Microsoft’s SmartGlass app, but unfortunately the editor won’t be available at launch. Luckily it’ll be patched in and available for free once available. No reason has been given for the delay, but recently there had been rumours that Crytek were having issues meeting the release date deadline.

Well at least they didn’t hide the fact and then try to charge us extra by saying it’s DLC like less-reputable developers may have done.

Ryse: Son of Rome releases alongside the Xbox One on  November 22.
